Our Background

How It All Started

growlot OÜ began with a simple observation: seniors in Estonia weren't getting the right opportunities to stay active, social, and engaged through dance. We've been building that change since we launched.

2019
We started with a single Latin dance workshop in Tallinn. It was small — just 12 people in a community center on a Thursday evening. But something clicked. Everyone wanted to come back.
2021
Expanded to partner dance evenings across multiple locations. We realized people weren't just interested in the dancing — they craved connection, structure, and a place where they belonged. That's when we really understood our mission.
2023
Opened programs in Narva and several other communities. We'd grown from one workshop to structured bachelor and salsa sessions. More importantly, we'd created genuine dance communities where friendships formed and people felt valued.
Today
We're running regular workshops, partner dance evenings, and fitness-focused programs across Estonia. We've trained instructors who understand what mature adults need — patience, clear instruction, and genuine respect.
